Time: 8.30am Shotgun start

Bacon batch & coffee on arrival from 7:30am

Golf Format

  1. Team aggregate stableford
  2. 18 Holes, White Tees, Maximum Handicap 18, 90% Allowance.
  3. Players 6 Pairs to compete (12 players) (As usual please notify M.Walker of the team names by Wednesday prior to the event to facilitate making the score sheet and scorecards.)
  4. Scoring: Pairs Better Ball Stableford. All 6 scores to count.
  5. In the event of a tie, the result will be decided by the aggregate of the 6 cards.  Back 9; back 6;back 3; back 1 etc
  6. No Buggies are allowed unless the player has a severe disability or medical certificate. Only the player requiring buggy may use it and carry clubs. No other players or clubs allowed.

Team Captains to be responsible for collection and checking of completed scorecards before giving them to the scorer.


Lunch & Presentation

Pig roast following golf at approx. 2:30pm.

Dress code: Smart casual - no jeans, trainers or shirts without collars, etc.

Prize presentation at approx. 3:30pm.

Pairs are only eligible to win one prize, the highest value prize that they win. Other prizes will be awarded to the next best pair who has not already won a prize.


Costs

£22 per player for golf and food = £264 per Club.

Cheques to be made payable to Stonebridge Golf Centre. Please send to M. Walker in advance or on the day.

Additional £3 per player for the sweeps will be added to the season's Trophy costs. Approx. 50% of this will be spent in the golf shop at the host venue.
