Meetings are held twice a year with all member clubs invited to attend.
Normally held in October, this is where all of the fixtures for the next Avon League season are decided. The previous season is reviewed, the date for the following year's Avon Chellenge confirmed and any other issues addressed. Usually held near the geographic center of the league on a weekday evening at 7pm.
Normally held in early July, the draw for the Avon Trophy is held at this meeting. We also approve the funds for trophies, go through the arrangements for the Challenge Day and address any other ongoing issues. This meeting is normally held at the venue for that year's Challenge and is preceded by a pairs betterball stableford over 9 holes.
